Jazz by Candlelight transforms one of Auckland’s most beautiful venues, St Mary’s Cathedral, into an intimate jazz club, bathing the space in candlelight to provide the perfect backdrop for some sublime, jazzy sounds. We seek out the best musicians in Auckland, who for this special edition will be playing a tribute to the works of American singer-songwriter Nina Simone, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday and more jazz greats. Feel the music usher in all the good feelings that arrive with the most special time of the year.
