About

Verity Burgess is an internationally acclaimed, West End performer with accomplishments to her name including leading roles and world tours such as Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Evita, Cats, West Side Story, Children of Eden and many more.

Gaining a Masters from the prestigious Guildford School of Acting in the UK and a Bachelor of Music majoring in jazz, Verity is a strong triple-threat performer, with a reputation that precedes her. Her versatility is owed to a classical background in ballet, singing and violin, with vocal mentors such as Ross Campbell, Head of Royal Academy of Music in London and New York based vocal coach, Natalie Weiss.

Being passionate about jazz and cabaret as an art form, Verity has developed her own one-woman show ‘Platinum’, which celebrates the music of iconic blonde artists through the years, as well as her Amy Winehouse inspired show ‘Winehouse’.
